Amenity Request

Welcome to Wegoinn Hostel, and thank you for staying with us.

To keep our accommodation affordable and environmentally friendly, daily room cleaning is not provided. Instead, we offer amenities upon request.

Please review the instructions on the next page carefully before submitting your request.

Amenity Request

Please read the instructions carefully and check the items you need below.

Delivery Time

  • Requests made before 1PM: provided the same day (1:00 PMโ€“4:00 PM)
  • Requests made after 1PM: provided the next day (1:00 PMโ€“4:00 PM)

If your room already has enough amenities, additional items may not be provided.

Optional Room Cleaning

For an additional charge of 22,000 KRW, we provide a bed linen change (sheets, duvet cover, and pillowcase) and bathroom cleaning.

Please visit the reception desk in advance for payment if needed.

Water

โ˜… ONE bottle of water per guest per day is available ONLY at the reception โ˜…

If one bottle is not enough, please bring an empty bottle and use the water dispenser at the 1st floor reception.

If you need hot water, please bring your personal tumbler and use the electric kettle in the reception lounge during reception hours (9:00 AM โ€“ 10:00 PM).

*Bottled water is not provided on the day of check-out.

Please select your room number. Requests with an incorrect room number may not be provided.

Room Entry Permission (1:00โ€“4:00 PM)

Amenities are delivered between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM. If you do not want staff to enter your room, items will be left in front of your door. In this case, exchange or collection of used towels and trash may be limited.

A maximum of 2 towels per guest is provided, depending on the room type. Requests may be limited if clean towels are already available.

Example: Double Room: up to 4 towels ยท Family Room: up to 8 towels

Foot Towel

One foot towel per room is provided. Requests may be limited if a clean foot towel is already available.

Tissue

One item per room may be provided. Requests may be limited if sufficient supplies are already available.

Trash Collection

To avoid any confusion, our staff do not sort or handle trash on behalf of guests. If you have trash to be collected, please place it inside the bin or outside your room door. If you choose to have amenities delivered to your door, trash can be collected only when it is placed outside the door.
